I walked into Folcroft furniture Mecca store lost not knowing what I wanted but 1 thing a twin bed frame. But with the great help I also got 2 chest and a kitchenette set. Prices are get and the customer service was wonderful and the delivery date is close. I can't want to enjoy my new furniture. Thanks to the guys at Folcroft Furniture Mecca!!!!
Great great great experience!!! Customer service was excellent very nice honest people... They don't just tell you anything to get a quick sale... Anytime I am shopping for furniture I will come there without a doubt... Great prices and I will recommend you to shop here if you need funiture or anything of that sort...
Pleased with my overall experience @ the Folcroft, PA location of Furniture Mecca. The sales representative Ambrose, was so knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend anyone to go visit store. You will not leave without wanting to completely redecorate your entire home with their furniture pieces. They have really nice sets that are of good quality. I genuinely did not expect to find such beautiful sets that I'd normally find at larger retailers for more money; and best of all, it was locally by my house. Had I not taken a chance to walk into this little gem, I would've missed out. Highly recommend the furniture. Support your local shops. You'd be surprised what you will find. 07/13/17 Today's experience at Furniture Mecca of Folcroft was refreshing. I arrived at the store around 6:15 pm on Thursday and they closed at 7. I had an idea of what I wanted but was still a little unsure. The young man who assisted me was very helpful, patient, honest and knowledgeable about everything I asked. He never once seemed as if he was in a rush because I was there long past closing. Never once asked if I was ready or done. He allowed me to take my time and helped me select the pieces I admired most. He sat down with me and was very pleasant. Thank you very much Ambrose I'll be back again soon. Oh and the speedy delivery didn't hurt either.
Went into store to look around. Told staff was coming back. We did the same day like we said. Staff very helpful. Was approved and able to purchase what I wanted. Great experience
